Hi all: I had a question regarding balance transfers. I have about 10k in debt spread out on 4 credit cards. I haven't made a single payment in about a year because I simply haven't had any money. My mother, fearing that my credit score will go bad, and thus making it harder for me to have any financial freedom in the future, has offered to transfer my balance to her credit cards which is very good. My question is: Is this even possible? Can I transfer my balance to her credit in her name?

Anyone deal with them too? They are coming after me on a T-Mobile account that I never even opened. I sent them a validation letter and they never got back to me.

Hello I got $200 wire into my savings account so I was to pay them back $260 on the 23rd of Nov. well I get this call yesterday saying that the account was sent to them LTA because the money was not in the account which was and I need to moneygram them LTA $550 or I will have warrants out for my arrest as of 5pm I tried getting more info from this guy whose name is Allen Parker # 512-340-0890 but he got mad and hung the phone up what should I do?

So my credit got screwed after an accident. I just paid off all my credit cards. I currently have a 2000 lincoln ls that is nothing but a headache, the rason for credit cards and getting into debt. I have put over 7k into repair on it and the problems keep coming. I currently owe 5k on it, I have never missed a payment on the auto loan. I have found a car for 14k that is more reliable and what I want. I have tried to get a loan before and got rejected by everyone. What can I do. The car I found is private seller and is a steal. I can probably sell my car oday for 7-8k.

Well as some of you know I filed a complaint with the Florida AG against Allen Lewis & Assoc. and got money from a settlement from the AG office. It now appears that either allen lewis or mycashnow turned over my account, which by the way I owe no money which is why allen lewis could never get anything. Anyways I got an alert from my credit monitoring informing me of some new activity. Lo and behold there is an entry from national credit adjusters that states that an account opened in 10/07 for mycashnow and that I owe over $2,200.

Ok so today i am at work which is a private home for disabled people that i take care of and the phone rings and it is some guy from Westbury. OMG i let him do his speal and then i calmly said do not call me at my place of employment any more you will have to reach me by mail He was not a happy camper, but i then hung up on him. I cannot believe he got that private number. How is that possible.
