i have been trying to get our from under on several companies.. netcash usa is one B&l marketing another and cash supply another i finally closed my accounts and went to another bank however i need to find out who is licensed in tha state of Nebraska. according to the nebraska law they have to be physically located here is that correct?

I'm about to finish up my contract w/ a credit repair company who was able to get several things off my credit report...but there are still a few bad debts on there that couldn't get removed. So at this point I'm leaning towards to a debt consolidation loan to get the debt paid off and the negative comments removed. I can afford to pay the debt via loan now...where at before I had a ex who was a bank account leech and made it hard to even pay bills month to month. So is there a good recommendation for a debt consolidation company? It's roughly 15k worth.

I have been reading this forum for months and I am finally writing to see if someone can advise me with what I need to do. To make a long story short, I have 3 credit cards that are in my name only that I have never used they were just balance transfers. I have been paying and paying and paying on them and have been late several times and up the interest went. They were realatively low balances 3000.00 and now they have skyrocketed to 9000.00 on a Bank of America, 4200.00 on a Citi Card and a little over 4000.00 on a Chase bank.

If I consolidate my bills am I able to keep any of my credit cards, like one or two to help built back my credit?

creditors are calling i don't answer the phone for that reason. Bills keeps crawling up can anyone help

I am trying to find out if anyone has ever heard of Clear Debt Results? If so can anyone provide me background or your experiences with them. I am trying to find the right then and the most helpful as I owe only about $6500 in debt but getting nowhere paying them off. Therefore I am turning to settlement if its the right thing/best thing to do for me at this point.

I recently (July of this year I think) recieved an Imagine Credit Card (www.myimaginecard.com). It has an annual fee of $150. I know, pretty high but my credit is REALLY bad and I need something to try and improve it.... Anyways, does anyone else have this card? Have you tried to have the annual fee waived? Did it work? Has anyone ever had an annual fee waived for any credit card?

I just got a call from them saying that I am in collections, and she said that it is saying that my loan was with fastcash, when I told her that I sent my letter she said that she didnt know where I sent it because they are not allowed to give out there address.. Does anyone have any experience with this company???
