Bad credit debt consolidation and personal loan.

18 years 3 months ago
I filed bankruptcy 5 years ago. I now have a very high interest auto loan that I would like to consolidate with other bills, as well as need a personal loan. Is there any way to consolidate debt including auto loan and receive a personal loan at the same time? I would like to make one monthly payment for everything?

achloan.com

I sent a PIF request to achloan.com yesterday via their customer service section on their website and this is what I got back from them: As clearly stated in the loan contract, which you signed, this loan is not governed by the laws of America nor the laws of the state of Arizona, it is governed by the laws of Ireland with the jurisdiction of Dublin courts. As per the governing lending laws, your interest charge is $37 per $100 per pay period.

I want to be Debt Free

18 years 3 months ago
Well, I'm 28 and although I don't owe that much in debt, its in pretty bad standing. I have a few credit card debts, student loan debts, and hospital bills. Its just too many to balance. I am single and have tried to keep it under control but after a while I just give up and let it go...which leads to more headaches. I want to put them all together and just pay one bill each month. That would make my life so much easier!

So I am sitting here watching the Sunday game and this ad comes on for Thinkcash TV. Now I am not sure if this is a PDL or falls in line with Cash Call. Any ideas about who this is? Who is this man behind the curtain? This is their disclosure at the bottom of their website and their address ThinkCash Attn: Privacy Officer P.O. Box 101842 Ft. Worth, TX 76185 or (866) 420-7157 * Loans are offered by First Bank of Delaware (member FDIC), not affiliated with ThinkCash. ThinkCash does not grant or deny credit with respect to these loans. All loans are subject to credit approval.

Creditor threatened to take my home away

18 years 3 months ago
:?: Due to a divorce this year, I am saddled with a lot of credit card debt. One creditor insinuated that they would take my home away. I signed up with Fidelity Reserves Corp. for a debt settlement program. I have a signed contract and a lot of paperwork from Fidelity, so hope this is the right way to go. Can a credit card company force me to sell my house? Fidelity Representative said no they can not force me to sell my home - but if I were to decide to sell it, they could put a lien on it.

Long story short- girlfriend hit me with car, lost job, couldnt pay. Now I want to get everything right again. I was talking with the previous collection agency and we were coming to an agreement and then they sent it to Kramer and Frank. What should I do with this. How do they work. The amount is 1225.23. Do they do settlements or do you have to pay the full balance off. Thanks for your help.

Im ready to stop putting it off.

So I have been in debt for a while now. I fell into it due to an ex-girlfriend running me over with a car and putting me in the hospital, after that I lost my job and it was a snow ball effect from there. I have been putting it off for a year now and am ready to stop running from these issues and start doing what I have to do. Here is a layout of my situation. Creditor #1- Capital One- Was at around $800.00 when I lost my job and due to the late payments (if any) and all the different random charges its up to $1225.23.
