I've already made arrangements with the legal PDL's, but here's my dilemma...what do I pay the illegals? I've gone over statments from my CLOSED account, and here's what I've come up with: Ameriloan- loan- 250.00, paid 150.00 Cash Supply- loan 200.00 paid 730.00!!!! (OMG!!!) 500 FastCash- loan 250.00 paid 535.00 (OMG again!!!) I've already received a letter from CashTransferCenters where they so graciously have offered to let me pay just the principle on their loan. (AWWW, doesn't that just make me feel all warm and fuzzy!!) Had planned on doing just that. Thanks, Jennifer

I got a question. I judgement was obtained against me from an old providian cared I had. It was obtain 10/00 and of course as of this year it was deleted of all three of my credit reports. I just pulled my transunion report and noticed that an inquiry was made by them this month. What can happened now?

I had a loan through SSM Group LLC. I borrowed $250 and as of 11-7, I had paid them $675. This company wanted me to pay and additional $325 to be complete with the loan. I explained to them that I paid back more than double of what I borrowed and I wasn't giving them anymore. They were suppose to stop debting my accoutn in October but of course they didn't. I contacted my bank and told them what was going on. They put it through the fraud department due to the fact that SSM Group LLC is unlicensed and illegal! They had put a block on this company from withdrawing any more money!
