I attended a college Mercy College in NYC for one semester and requested financial aide to pay for this one Semester. The tuition was $7,000 I paid $1,000 in the beginning and continue to take my classes however I later found out that they denied my financial aid and I was stuck with a $6,000 bill to pay.

Here's a quick recap of my story.....I got a online payday loan from Oasis Marketing back in June (have paid back the principal plus some). I sent them the letter that I got from this website a couple of weeks ago revoking my ACH withdrawals and asked for a refund. They emailed me back stating I was held to the laws of Nevada (where they are located) blah blah blah....I resent the original email.

It has been one month after opening fire to PDL and revoked all ACH authorization with them. More than half have offered PIF or EPP, only 2 or 3 still attempt to call me and I simply ignore them. My question is about Credit Protection Depot (c/o my loan with Discount Advances and My Cash Now). From what I have learned CPD is one of the nastiest CA to deal with, but surprisingly they are almost completely silence ever since.

Can I send a Cease and Desist Order to a P.O. Box #?

which company do i want to use for debt settllement, and can I add payday loans into settlement

I have a payday loan with Lazer lending. My last payment was returned back to them and my bank account is now frozen. They have been sending me emails today saying I need to respond to them by a certain time, and that I need to pay the loan in full. First they said they would settle for $300. (the original amount of the loan, which I already made a $90. payment on) This most recent email says they will settle for $100. (I wish! I don't have the money to do that right now though.) Should I proceed with the "illegal lender" letter etc? Thanks.

Is this a legal payday loan in Iowa. I too have 4 payday loans active and the interest is killing me not to mention a loan with Cash Call..help

I enrolled in a pay day loan "vallidation" and "consolidation" program before getting a hold of some important information. listed are the pay day loan lenders I have loans with: EXTRA CASH LIVE LAKOTA CASH AMERICAN WEB LOAN ADVANTAGE CASH are any of these licensenced in the state of PA? and if they are not am I obligated to pay back these loans? I have been paying these super high intrest rates? what can I do?? :confused:
