has anyone had luck working with Western Sky/CasHCall to lower payments

I have taken out 3 online payday loans, and have defaulted on all three. Please someone help, and tell me what I need to do! I am in the state of Texas. Paydaymax.com $750.00 have paid $508.99 to date Ameriloan.com $400.00 have paid $1,045.00 to date Cashnetusa.com $450.00 have paid $673.28 All three have defaulted in the past week. Now the bank charges are eating me up, and I don't know what to do. Thank you for your help! ! ! ! !

Hi, I live in Arizona and I have 5 pay day loans right now and have been paying on them for what seems like forever. I seem to have to keep borrowing because I don't have enough to pay bills due to all of the fees and am just digging myself deeper. I didn't realize that I might be dealing with illegal lenders for Arizona. I have been trying to find out if they are illegal but haven't had any luck. I just received a call from CTS regarding a Payday Loan I had with American Web Loans. I still owe $190 and have contacted American Web Loans numerous times to try and resolve the issue. Before I send them the balance of the payment I owe I want something in writing stating that once they receive the payment my loan will be paid in full. They have not responsed to any of my emails. Now CTS is calling saying that I owe $1,740 which is more then the amount I borrowed in the first place. I told them that I would not discuss the matter over the phone and to send me somthing in writing.

I have filed a Proof of Claim and an objection to the Ch 13 case my Ex filed for his Outstanding Child Support. I feel he did this to avoid the ruling of Contempt that I requested because he moved jobs and did not reort his new position to the court, nor pay the $ until I tracked him down. I am representing myself in Bankruptcy Court because my money is tied up in my CS attorney. His lawyer smugly made the comment to me that there was no point to me showing up because the judge will not make him pay me.
