i'm being harassed everyday by these payday loan places that i had ,the manager at one of them called me and said that if i didn't come in to pay,she would find some one to do bodily harm to me,i mean she would have someone break my harm's,so where should i go with this complaint about this,and how do u get these places to stop calling u ,i'm in a debt releif,and the company that does my account;s with these pay day loan places have sent the first payment's,and these places have cashed the check's.please give me some help.

I just wanted to write a post for anyone who has ever considered or is considering using the Federal debt relief System to get out of debt. DON'T USE THEM!!!! Everything they claim is a lie! I started the program in February 2007. They didn't deliver anything they promised. When I started making inquiries on my accounts and to their dealings with my creditors, they simply stopped returning my calls. I got a Warrant in Debt and have to appear in court and they assured me that this would NEVER happen.

Between my husband and I - we are drowning in debt. We currently rent, have two kids (5 & 2 years old), and have major credit card debit. We both have a great income but seem to be just be getting by and just under each pay period. How can we stop this cycle. I have about $15,000 and he has about $25,000 in credit card debit. We first started this cycle 5 years ago with our wedding and can't seem to catch up. ANY advice would be helpful. We are currently trying to pay off our largest apr cards and working down but we see no ending.

I have made settlements with all my collectors 2 days ago and made sure I got everything in writing. The only one I've had problems with is Wolpoff and Abramson. They agreed on a payment program, but didn't give me anything in writing that day. They said they will be sending me the terms in the mail. However, I'm supposed to have a check to them in their office by Novemeber 30. I am very weary of doing this without tangible proof of this agreement. I have a court date for this matter on December 14th, so I want to make sure that I've made payments to them so this gets dropped.

I'm very curious about this subject. I know that wage garnishments can't be done in TX, but I have heard warnings about CA's coming along and freezing and/or draining your bank account. Can they do this legally without a court order? Is there any way to fight this? Also, state law states that they can't garnish wages, so threatening to do so is a violation, since they can't actually do it, right?

I contacted my bank and am in the process of closing it. I want to open brand new account in a different institution. Can the payday loans retrieve information for that bank and start hitting it for payments even though I have contacted them numerous times revoking the ach withdrawal and imposed new payment method via money order to pay the loan. I am scared - am i wrong to feel this way.

opened account in the morning and later afternoon, the lady from customer service called me to immidiately return my starter checks I was given at the opening because my account was just closed due to chexsystem.

I had an account opened with them for exactly 2 weeks and than had voice mail recorded that my account had been scheduled for closure due to Chex system info.

I am just reading the comments about the company. Is this not a legit company to do payday loans or have they just made an error in drafting accounts? Thank You, Tonia
