Did you know that when you order checks from Deluxe or one of their subsidaries, that they send personal information to Chexsystems and to Deluxe's collection agencies? They send your acount number, address, phone number, and more. Do not order checks through Deluxe, Current Checks, Designer Checks, or Checks Unlimited. They also send information to other companies such as Debit Bureau, EFunds, and SCAN. Just always make sure that it isn't owned by Chex. They also keep information on file such as your account number, check numbers etc.

I have a loan that comes out of my checking account, and when it comes out of my checking account. It comes out as loanshop/alberta. The phone number I have for them has been disconnected. Does anyone have a more current phone number for them?

I refinanced my house in October 06 and discovered six months later that it was a 50 year loan with a 30 year balloon note with escalating interest rate beginning next October. In trying to refinance now I'm learning that I'm upside down in my house

And I have yet to hear anything back :? Loan Shop sent me a letter saying that I was approved for another loan, but I know that they are just phishing cause I still have an outstanding loan with them :? So now I guess I just wait, I get paid again on the 15th, I am anxious to see if any of them debit my acct again My bank was able to return almost all of the transactions, which is good, I just dont want them to have to do that again. The AG called and said that she was filing my complaint with ameriloan :D
