Got a notice the other day from this place. State they represent everyones favorite place - lvnv funding llc. How bad is this place for violating the law? Things like: Threats Impersonation of law officer etc Swearing/obscene language Failure to validate And anything else they willingly do wrong!! I just got a letter from a Merchants Credit Guide Co. Stating they're trying to collect for their "client" LVNV llc. I'm gonna send a DV letter back, CM-RRR, requiring validation of claim.

Ok here is the confusing story. After all the running around getting pdl's to go away, I decided to pull my credit reports today. WOW was I in for a shock. Nothing from the pdl's, but there was 4 settled judgements on my report, but the judgements were not for me!!! My former sister and law and I have the same name with exception of middle name, that and the fact I am about 15yrs her senior lol. It tried to go to equifax to dispute it, but they sent me to CSCC who handles my account I guess.

HI my online name is K-m i'm overmy head in debt owing alot about $6000 then *2,300 and bounced checks when i tried living on my own i signed up for mall CCards and 2 credit cards which i used for food and the others for clothes i couldn't make it on my own and now am living with my dad ...I'm still young and sadly starting over again and only 21 :oops: it's embarressing too also i'm scared with stress and anxiety of my bills which got turned over to the credit companys paying little by little with sanity on the credit cards but what i'm scared about is the bounced checks
