I believe if I read before they are not licensed anywhere?? Can you tell me anything about them..They too claim they don not deal with T&c

What do you all think of the current interest rates on major credit cards? I have good credit and just realized I'm being charged 27% by Chase and 30% by WAMU/Providian.

I am driving to work and I have this song in my head and I can't get rid of it. I do not know how it got there. Has that ever happened to you? The worst part is it is not a song that I really like and I don't know the words so I find myself making them up. This particular time the song is "True" by Spandau Ballet. It came out in the 80s I think.

how do we know they are not scams

I have 7 payday loans right now. I got caught in this trap and couldn't pay my bills once a couple of them took their fees so I had to get another loan and another and another just to keep a roof over our heads. I closed my bank account 2 weeks ago and I've been getting calls all day since then. I have contacted T&C (thanks to this board for mentioning them) and I'm waiting for my paperwork. But the 2 companies that I've talked to so far (Magnum and NetCash USA) want huge payments for a payment plan.

Took out a loan with cashnet usa. I could not pay and defaulted. They called my house and my wife answered and they set up payment arrangements with her. She was not authorized on the account. I told her that was not in our budget and how did they enter these with you? She called back and no one would speak with her saying she was not authorized on the account. I finally e-mailed them giving them permission to speak with her and that the payment arrangements entered into were not made by me and she was not authorized at the time and I need smaller payments.

got a rude phone call from cash supply. I told them I was dealing with t&c of course they said they never heard of them I know they are lying..So they would take matters in their own hands.. I have paid off the 200.00 loan and then some. Can they do anything, living in PA

I have accumalted 10,000 in debt by making really by choices with money management .. My credit is the pits but I do have a really good job. Can I still get a loan to combine these bills and pay them off . I would like a 2 year loan because I can pay them off quickly all in one beside several different bills.

If one of these places puts a "bad check" on your credit report, are you still allowed to use your debit card at places?
