I got a $300 loan about two months ago and every payday they takeout almost $200 for two months now. I want their phone number and i will hire a lawyer to get them to stop debiting my account every two weeks!!!! I am very angry.....

I had an account with WaMu that was overdrawn, and reported to a CA. It was only $375, but still. Luckily with them I was able to go into a local branch and pay them directly - which I did the other day. I asked the banker at my location about how I would go about getting a letter stating the account had been paid in full, how to have the CA stop attempting to collect, the whole nine yards. He gave me a 1-800 # to contact them, so I just spoke with someone on the phone. The woman I spoke to said that they will be sending a letter to me, stating that the account was paid in full..

I have an outstanding CC that was put into collections. On my CC, it was just charged off with the original creditor and wasn't sent out to a CA. Now it's not much to deal with, but I did send a proposal letter to the original creditor with a $50 money order. I still haven't heard anything back from them.. Now I get a letter in the mail yesterday from a CA.. saying that they'd like to set out a payment plan with me.. now I'd love to do it, but they don't have the $50 credited that I already sent the original creditor last week. So I don't know what to do.

I sent a proposal letter to resolve an outstanding debt to Verizon in the middle of October. I enclosed a money order for $110, and basically proposed I pay $200 a month, mailed out on the first of each month until it's paid off.. well today is the first of November - which is when I suggested the payments started, and I still haven't heard back from them..

Most importantly, I don't care how much they scream, cuss, argue, say it isn't possible, or what ever….do not EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER give them post dated checks or electronic access to your checking account. They will cash all the checks at once, sending your account into overdraft and possibly bouncing your mortgage payment, etc or they will clean your account out with electronic access. In fact, don't even send them a personal check….they can get your routing and account numbers off the check and clean your account out.

They are awful. They have hit my checking account for over $1000, still disputing....

Or so I thought yesterday, now today I look online and I am in the rears over 600 dollars, I am going to go to the bank but what should I say, do I say that I have already paid them, or should I say that they are taking this money without my permission, I am so scared at this point and dont know what to do, please help!

A little about me, my name is Christine, I'm 22 years old, and currently have an unsecured debt of almost $20,000. I'm completely strapped and I feel as though I am drowning in anxiety and stress. I've been going to college for the past few years, some part-time and some full-time, but will finally finish up this December. I've been trying to work full-time to pay bills, but just having too much problems. It started out with a truck I bought and lost hours where I had worked previously. I put truck payments, insurance, and gas on a credit card, stupid, I know.

Does anyone think that someone or (someone's) here on this site might have several multiple i.e Sybil--personalities posting? Sometimes I think that most of neg replies on this sight come from debt collectors who post negatively behind other fake or non friendly names comments and act friendly and then later make posts that are obviously debt collection motivated--very angry and awful? Am I the only one here who has ever considered that some on this sight have multiple personalities? Just wondering!

When an account is sold is all paper work with that account fowarded to the company who bought it? Maybe some body can answer this for me I was just woundering.
