I live in michigan and I currently have 4 payday loans out with these companies. Integrity American Web Loan Sonic cash Archer Direct Are these legal companies in michigan I have already paid back more than the prinicpal with renewals thru (ACH debits). How can I stop the the debits? Close bank account? ANy help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, everyone. Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I've been out with pneumonia, in the hospital for a week, home for a week and now back to work. I found out that my job is being eliminated as of Nov 1st so, I've had a lot going on. I'm back and will post as often as I can.

I have been doing a lot of research and keep getting different answers. I have gotten myself over my head with Payday Loans and the interest/fees are killing me. I live in New Jersey and here is a list of the vendors I have loans with, the initial amount of the loan, finance fee (paid every 2 weeks), Amount I have already paid in fees, and what seems like the balance that I should have remaining that I owe.

I now have all my letters in place with hr dept, and sent to each pdl.

Was told to setup an ACH revocation since tribal lending is illegal in Ohio. Need help putting this together. Haven't paid anything anything, but obviously don't want to pay more than I have to. I've been reading these forums all weekend and finally decided to register. At this point, I think I know what I need to do but want to make sure I have all bases covered. Any and all help would be appreciated. My husband has taken out several loans with Zip19. They are as follows 8/20/12 -- borrowed $400 -- repaid $479.92 9/4/12 -- Borrowed $550 -- repaid $659.90 9/17/12 -- Borrowed $800 --repaid $959.84 10/2/12 -- Borrowed $1125 -- repayment will not clear the bank.

So i have been doing very well with eliminating all of my payday loan help. On 9/26 I emailed Fast E-funds before my schedule 9/30 withdrawal stating I have paid back my principal I would like this account closed. I never got a response and didnt have a debit on 9/30 so I assumed the matter was resolved. I check my account balance on Saturday morning and I see that they put a check throwugh for the principal plus 240 interest and it cleared through account. Now I am missing $1,040 from my account and freaking out. I called CHASE and they cannot intervene with payday loans.

Hi i have two accounts on my credit file saying I have two personal loans with your company. I have not took any loans out at all for anything I need in writting for both loans when I got these two loans and what they was for so I can report it!
