I took out a loan of $300 with Impact Cash and have paid $270 in rollover payments. I live in Ohio and they are not licensed in the state. Because of issues with PDL's at the beginning of the year, my checking account was closed and attempted withdrawals were returned. Needless to say they consider the account in default. I have informed them that they are not licensed in the state and that they were doing business illegally. I offered to pay the remaining $120. Which is allowing for the $90 finance fee they charge which is $45 over what is requested in the state.
