We have 6 pay day loans in Illinois and your advice on this forum has been so helpful: Shamrock ($300) Integrity ($500) Magnum ($300) Cashwebusa ($300) Cashking ($600) Cashcall (Western Sky originally) ($1000) We closed our bank account prior to the last round of payments and started sending out letters to the companys on Thursday of last week.

i live in va. i have multiple loans 2 are with tribal lenders and one was with western sky transferred to cash call 2 are with cash net usa but thet are a line of credit. 2 are with sure advance and one is with usa money shop. if you are wondering how there are 2 my girlfriend and me both did loans. are these legal in the state of va. looks to me they are not but not sure about cash net credit line.

I am trying to check and see if the payday loan companies I have are licensed in Florida. If they are I want to see if they are within the state guidelines. I also am looking for sample letters regarding them not following state guidelines. I have already paid 1,000's for loans of 500. and need to bring tis to an end. I would be grateful for anyone to head me in the right direction to regain control of my money.

I am about $10,000 in debt in a combination of 3 credit cards. I am making the monthly minimum payments, but would like to get the debt paid off quicker. What is a good option for me?

I posted a few weeks ago and here is what I have done. I currently have installment loans with Check n go, Cashnet USA, Great Plains Lending, Payday One and Spot Loan. I know that people on here say to stay clear, but I signed up with Credit Advisors in Omaha to help me consolidate. I am so stressed with all of this I just needed help! I sent emails to Spot Loan and Great Plains Lending because I believe they are illegal in Missouri. I haven't really gotten a final answer from them yet. But what about the other lenders in Missouri?

I defaulted on a cash store loan for around $600 back in 2010. Im just wondering what can happen to me because I started receiving phone calls from an Agent Neal, does anyone know who this is? He states that the cash store has decided to file legal charges against me unless I resolve in full. Once I told him I couldn't pay in full only make payments then he said I could make three payments. Once I asked him if he could send me or fax me something showing the arrangement then he said after payments made letter would be sent out.

I live in Pennsylvania. I've deb trapped in the cycle of payday loans for about two years. Luckily I have been able to pay 7 off. I have 4 more payments to make to Advantage cash Services. But I defaulted on Plain Green Loans. They hav not contacted me nor tried to debit my account for at least a Mth now which worries me. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I try to contact them or just let it go? Lastly, I took a 2600.00 loan from CashCall last december. I pay them 294 per Mth. I am planning on paying back the loan in full with my income tax.

Hi, I had a loan with Great Plains which I found out was illegal in the State of MIssouri. I followed all of the instructions on this website and they stopped all debits and I have a letter from them stating that the loan saying that " my account has been settled in full and my account has been settled. Yesterday I received a letter from Great Plains reading as follows: We recentley receivedyour loan aplication from a lead generator on 7.19.2012. At this time we are unable to give further consideration to your credti request.
