Ok so I called and talked with Todd Shaw and he suggested I come on here and tell people my story in hopes that someone can help me out. I am pregnant and been very sick and put on bedrest which of coarse means I had to quit my job. We are now out 1000 a month. We dont have credit card debt which means no one seems able to help us which just seems so ridiculas to me. We can't pay our monthly bills regular bills... rent, car payment, utilities, groceries... normal payments!

I went to my parents house a couple months ago and my mom gave me a letter from a debt collection company that siad that they were taking me to National Arbitration and that a award could be entered against me. I didn't get the paper at least a couple weeks after it was sent to my parents home, where I have not lived for 7 years. The paper was not dated anywhere, nor did it say when this "arbitration" was to take place. Don't they have to at least notify me at my proper address, and send it to the right person, and let me know when the letter was sent/written?

I am new to this website. I find it very fascinating. I have a PDL with Think cash but it is set up like a installment loan. they take almost 200.00 per month out of my account. I have been reading your website and now I am wondering if they are even legal in the state of Kansas. The actual loan is with the First Bank of Delaware. How can I find out this information.

I was served papers in June on a debt I "owe" to Worldwide Asset Purchasing, LLC from the law office of Gerald E Moore & Associates. It is supposedly for a credit card debt. I responded, in time, to this asking for details of the supposed amount and documentation where I signed for any of these "charges". I didn't hear anything more until I received a letter from the judge in our county saying I submitted a pro se answer in time and she denied the motion on Aug 14th.

who is northway they take money from my account every payday and i never applied with a loan from them can some one please tell me how i can get in touch with them

I just talked with a collection agency, and since the debt is fairly new, it has not been reported to the credit agencies yet. I asked that they send out a letter to me, and if we could come to an agreemtn that the debt be paid in full by a certain date, it would NOT be reported to the credit agencies. She told me that they only deal with people over the phone and not in writing, and that they did check by phone.
