If anyone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it. I am looking for a Cease and desist letter and a letter for them to stop contacting me via phone.
I paid this pdl off and they did not return my original check they sent me a photo copy of it? Shouldn't they have sent my original check back to me? Why would they do that? They also asked me if I had a new account....like I would tell them if I did.

Yep, I'm another person who got caught up in the
payday loan trap. I live in Maryland and my loans are all internet. So how do I get started, and what do I need to do?
Thanks!
Well I sent out the Dv and Cease & Desist letters to this company collecting the illegal Arrowhead payday laon which was paid in full per Florida law. I also sent them copies of the complaints I have filed with BBB, Attorney General of both states. Well, they seem to ignore these. Last night I got a call on my answering machine from National saying they were returning my call blah blah blah and i must call them back. What can I do since they are ignoring my Cease and Desist letter and DV letter.
A friend of mine has a huge problem. She has a loan with Sonic Payday. A company I am well familiar with. She stopped pay on her loan of $600.00 and she sent a letter revoking any wage assignment, filed a complaint with the DFI of Arizona and the Attorney General's office. The problem is that she sent the revocation by e-mail to Sonic Payday and did not fax it to them. She cannot find the e-mail but has notes where she spoke with a collection coordinator with E-Care Service who advised her that she did not have a wage assingment on file for her.
A creditor demanded payment from me. I wrote them a letter disputing the debt and requesting written breakdown of the debt. They never responded to me in any way. A few months later a collection agency wrote me a letter. Immediately I disputed the debt in total and requested a written breakdown to validate. Again, I received no response. A couple of months after that a 2nd, different collection agency contacted me about the very same debt. Again I immediate wrote disputing the debt and informing this collection agency of the prior agency's attempt to collect the very same debt.
A picture from the ultrasound! Its of my boy Matt :) There was another cool pic of Matty where he looks like he's chilling out, but I can't get it to resize back down to a normal size....
This one-his mouth is open & his hand is in the air. I say it looks like he's rocking out!
