Ok so i sent email to the atty's office asking about our agreement as i have not heard from them since sending in payment to clear this judgement. His reponse was, I sent out satisfaction and cancellation as of the 3rd.. i will send another one today, let me know if u don't recieve it by Monday. Ok so now, what does satisfaction and cancellation mean?? Ok i know what satisfaction means but cancellation??

I defaulted on a store front loan a while back. They sent it to a collection agency. Since it has been over a year now they are charging around 30% interest. I was just wondering if that was legal. I've been making payments, but now it is like a credit card and everything goes toward interest. Thank you for the help.

Hello..There are 5 credit cards we can pay..they want like $800. a month. We have other ones that we can handle. Our debt on them in like $50,000. What can you do to help us on them? Is your service free? We can't afford to pay anything. Thank you.

Hello Everyone: Well, a bottom feeder law firm has picked up my Harley Davidson Credit, Love-Beal & Nixon, (on a volunteer repossed bike 2 years ago) and has won a default judgement. They served the summons to my co-worker while I was out of the state for two weeks and she did not tell me until it was too late. I have asked for a hearing due to hardship (husband is not working and only my income coming in) and meritourous defense. I was also involved in a very tedious trial for a different reason during the time of the summons service, which has since been resolved.

I enrolled in a dmp last February. I have free housing at present so I have been paying almost all of my paycheck to the dmp. (I owe about $9000) At the current rate I will be in this plan for 2 more years. I need to move out into myu own place, but can't afford it. Is debt settlement an option for me? Or would I just have to walk away from my debts. I can get some low interest loan from a relative. The dmp company (CCCS) have not been very helpful in lowering my interest rates. Most I am paying 15.99%. One is at 23.99?

OK I am getting so frustrated but reading the posts keep me motivated to not giv e up. I have been disputing, got a few off from all 3 and I got 2 credit cards which I use only 30% of the balance and pay every month on time, I also got a small installment loan for a kirby vacume just to have something to pay on each month! cause I know you need to have a variety of things to get a payment history bla bla bla. Here's my point though its been 5 months and It seems only one score went up and the others actually went DOWN!!!
