I just got this email...I was also called 7 times in less then 1/2 hour...this first time I talked to a Mr. Johnson....this is the email he sent me. I overpaid these jerks last august...the loan was for $ 200.00.....now they want 1,000.00. Mr. Johnson kept calling me after I told him to stop calling here and keeping me from my job. He ended up calling my place of employment again and this time I had him talk to my supervisor. She told him to never call here again!

Well i did what i now regret!! I got loans from mount oread $300.oo there takin 45.00 per wk.and magnum $200.00 takin 60 bi/wk. The thing is i need there numbers so i can close them. I thought i was getting help but nooooo just got me in a deeper hole. I just want to get out of this mess. (before my husband finds out!) A judgment showed up on my title search when I was trying to sell my home. My question is, this judgment is 7 years old and I didn't even know it existed. Is there a statute of limitations for being evicted from an apartment and owing a judgment payment? The apartment complex I owe has never once tried to get in contact with me in 7 years, and it is not listed on any of my 3 credit reports, how do I get off my record?

My husband and I have approx $40,000 of debt from Credit Cards, Medical Expenses, a student loan (already in deferment), and suppliers we personally garunteed for our failed business. We have already had a bankruptcy and have not been able to pay on this debt for approx 6mo. We finacially are in a position to start paying the debt off but the minimums are several hundered dollars higher than we can afford. In the meantime several of the creditors are still charging finace/over the limit/and late fees. What money I do have to pay each month wouldn't even come close to covering these.

I was on here reading and the phone rings. When I answered, the lady asked for my sister. I told her she didn't live here. She asked if I knew her and would I get a message to her. The number is (404)492-7970. The company was Claims America and it was about a civil matter. I guess a collection agency trying to find her. Only I dont know how they got this phone number. We have only had it since July and she doesn't even know it. She only uses our cell phones to call us. Does anyone know about this number Thanks Melissa
