Well when it rains it pours. My hubby had to go to the ER one night, which we have a $100.00 co-pay. We went, the rep asked us if we had the $100.00 and we asked to be billed. No problem. At the END of the treatment, they came up to us and told us that they are not a part of our plan, that next time we should go to this other hospital. So we get a bill for almost $250 bucks. I call and find out that since they are not a part of our ‘plan’ that our insurance only paid them a partial payment. So we owe the rest. I’m pissed.

Greetings, After a long search we came up with a great debt consolidation loan with manageable payments. We've been in debt settlement for two years with little results. After the loan closes I will have checks to pay off each creditor personally but not the collection agencies. What's the best way to handle this situation? Do I call the creditors to negotiate the settlement with them, have the checks redrafted to the collection agencies or simply send in the payments. nopooh

As some of you know. I had a loan with Cash Call. Well......Cash Call 'sold' my loan, to a CA. I made good, affordable arrangements with them and had been paying them the last few months. This month I had some unexpected things come up and called to let them know. And to see what other payment plan I could arrange. First of all, the rep I had talked to ( someone who din't handle my case ORIGINALLY) told me I couldn't make other arrangements. I asked to speak to the person to handles my case...I was told, " she no longer speaks to clients." How would I get this handled then??

I have been dealing with these idiots for the past few weeks. first of all, I wanted to know if it is legal to give your bank information over the phone. second of all, is it legal to pay off a debt for a friend over the phone with nothing in writing and no formal consent to go into someones bank account and try to take out their money to resolve the debt. this doesnt seem right....this company needs to be shut down. they are corrupt and dont help you
