Hi, I currently have a $500 PDL with Amscott. Every two weeks i go in and pay it off and then take out another one in 24 hrs. The fee is $51 every two weeks. I am in such a hole from this now that I have had to retake the loan every two weeks for MONTHS!! I can't get out I tried going down by $50 everytime but that plus the fee is more then $200 a month I cant do it anymore I am so in the hole. I am going to see if there is anyway they can take payments to pay this off instead of the constant paying and renewing. I can't keep doing it.

I have been going over Texas laws regarding debt again and noticed something that I never paid attention to before. Basically, an OC cannot use a debt collector who they know uses underhanded tactics and illegal means to collect. Ok...so. I am thinking about printing out some horror stories on these collectors, get copies of cases won against CAs for abusing the fdcpa and such and then sending it to the OCs with a letter demanding they stop using these collectors or I will sue them.

I have been with Consumer credit counseling Service since February of this year. I owe less than $10K, but I don't make much money, so it is a lot for me. I did some stuid stuf with payday loans. They are now all paid off - not paying any interest,etc. However, my credit card debts are not going down very fast. In fact, I just today discovered that one of them is still charging 23% interest rate. I thought the DM company could negotiate a lower rate and they did get 3 of them down to 15%.

Is there anyone that can assist with a loan to pay off bills

I went on zip19.com website and the loan is listed under Northway Financial Corp LTD, with the loan "under the laws of Malta" I've read alot of various info about Northway but it was in relation to CTC - So what do you think I should use for an adress? and has anyone had any suscessful ways of proceeding with them?

Hello , Well I managed to dig myself a hole with 9 pd loans, so I made the decision to stop the cycle and so I created a new bank account, going today to put a stop on all ACH debts on that account, I have defaulted on 6 and 3 made it thru on the overdraft protection so I will have to pay that but will gladly to get rid of these loans. So how should I approach this being I am in Arkansas and since we have a cap of 17%. I have had to roll over a number of these loans a number of times so I wonder if I could force them to settle as PIF, any ideas would be helpful.

Ok, I have a sizeable amount of gambling losses through my bank account to an online sportsbook. Right now I could care less about the ethical issues but I am going to try to recoup the gambling losses (to help me pay off my legit debt) because they should have never been processed. How should I go about getting the charges reversed. They were completed with a debit card. Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated. I am trying to get my life in order (attending GA, etc) but know this can be accomplished. Thanks in advance

Basically I've got a pretty solid case including recorded phone calls etc... against a CA. What kind of lawyer do I need to contact to file suit against the CA?
