I am relatively new to these forums and I have learned many new things. My questions is this. When I am disputing CSC Credit Services and I send them a Certified Letter with Return Receipt and it comes back to me with no forwarding address, what can I do. I have verified that the address matches my credit report. Are there any loopholes that I can use to get them to listen?

I received a phone call from 800-398-5557 and the lady's name is Marisa Hamilton. She left a message for me to call her about an "urgent matter". I have never heard of this company and wanted to see if anyone out there has heard of them. Thanks.

i have a collection agency calling me and saying i owe a loan and they say the only info is cmg group they can not tell me who the company was for me to contact them how can i find out

Has anyone every had to deal with these guys? They're a collection agency but here's how they work, at least with me: They call my cell number and one number which comes up 'unknown' always leaves a message. The caller is polite and gives first and last name and 'advises' me to call them. I don't. Secondly if they can't get a hold of you, they get you with other numbers that do show up on the caller id yet these numbers do not leave messages. they call at all hours.

Ok, so I sent a DV to LVNV and the attorney, Forster, Garbus. I get a notice for a certified letter today from Forster. I suspect it might be more info about the case/account, which is fine, but I want validation from LVNV, not their attorneys....unless the attorneys are the debt collectors, which in this case Forster should be the plaintiff, and not LVNV, correct? I can't wait to see what they are sending me.

Do anyone have an address to 500fastcash or netcashusa. I have look on the forums but cannot find any address for these two payday loan companies. I am getting back in control of my finances. I closed my bank account and I e-mail them but did not get a response from either one. I had 4 others who I did hear from and have made arrangements to pay them. I want to thank your for this forum because it has help me to get back in control of my finances and no one will get my bank account number again.
