Ok as most of you know we went car shopping last week. Well hubby got a truck and he is happy. The financing went through :) Well they tried a couple different banks and one that approved us was wells fargo and "I" told them hell no, not even if they were the only bank to finance. But the bank that I did go with I am still not impressed with. It is Citi financial :? But given the mess our credit is in thanks to IPL's they did give us a half way good interest rate and a great monthly payment. One that fits out current budget :) So hubby got to pick it up on Sat.

1. Is it better to dispute line items one at a time in seperate letters or all at once? 2. Can repeated disputes become frivolous or does some amount of time make it more likely to get the results you desire? 3. Does online dispute work as well as cert. letters? Seems to me cert. letters would give me records but online is more convenient.

We live in Texas and want to know if anyone knows of any programs that will help with medical procedures that need to be done. My husband has been on workers comp after being electrocuted at work for two years with back realted surgeries due to this injury. Now, he is needing test for colon cancer done. There are several cases of colon cancer in his family and he has been experiencing some signs that need testing for. The hosp. wont do it without 2500.00 upfront and being on workers comp, and no insurance, we feel out of luck. Medicare wont kick in until July '08.

I've been reading and researching the past few days and have come to realize that some of our PDLs are probably illegal. We have: Two loans with Fast Cash Rebate Services One with Discount Advances One with PayDayOne One with Check N Go One with Speedy Cash I found out that Fast Cash (storefront) has a Desist and Refrain Order. The address the order has is different but it sounds like the same company. They pull money from us every two weeks.

Okay say worst case scenario, house goes into foreclosure and then is auctioned off. As the homeowner what am I financially responsible for if it sells for the mortgage amount? Does a foreclosure show up on a credit report under a different claim other than late payments?

Is security finance a pdl and can they charge a apr of 84% in texas. Is this legal?
