Hi everyone. My name is Angie and I live in Ohio. I have 3 internet payday loans. One is with American Consumer Credit,LLc. The principal is $300. I have paid them $502.50 so far. One is with BestPayday Loan.com. The principal is $350. I have paid them $446.21 so far. My third one is with Paycheck Today. The principal is $400. I have paid them $480.00 so far. I can't handle paying these anymore. They are taking too much of my paycheck. Can anyone help????? I would appreciate it so much.

If it were me I couldn't even afford the gas in it. Have you checked the blue book value on it? I hate to say it but with gas prices the way they are I don't see that it is going to be easy to sell. Alot of people are downsizing to more fuel efficient vehicles myself included. However, I could be wrong. I don't want to the bearer of bad news, good luck. ladybug

Hello, I would like some advice. Me and my wife recently purchased a vechical that we can't afford. It was one of those pushy salesperson, and we wanted it too. But anyways, The monthly payment is higher than we expected and the insurance is outragous on this vechical. And we propbably paid to much for it! purchase price was 40,000. That is with a $3,000 extended warantty, that we might be able to get a refund. And it's a cadillac escalade ext 2003, 48,281 miles. $800 a month plus $250 a month for insurance. We can't afford to keep on paying on this.

i had an at&t account in cali. but upon my second deployment, my comand sent letters for whom ever needed to discontinue service with any cell phone provider. at&t still continued to bill my accout and since i was unable to pay, it was turned over to palisades collection for 372.00. once i had returned home to ga, beleaveing the debt was takin care of. i recieved notice that a collection agency had taken over and demanded the full amount. afer which at&t was contacted and my deployment orders had been faxed also, ( still have all orders reguarding any and all deployment status ).

We have rented our first home out to two sister's one has a little girl, the other doesn't . Now we only made them pay a 1/2 month's deposit of $500.00 split into two so when they signed the lease and took possession the middle of August they only had to pay us $625.00 which was the other half of the deposit and the pro-rated amount of rent of $900.00. There first month of rent was September, we received a phone call the night of the 4th with her telling us that she put the check in the mail. Well that was fine we were thankful that she called us.

I thought pdls were prohibited in GA: Georgia State Information Legal Status: Prohibited I just ran across an article from American Chronical stating that No Teletrack pdls were easy to get in GA. I am confused. The article is dated 10/7/07, so it isn't old.
