Does anyone have a legit fax number to AMERICREDIT in Ft Worth Texas?

so first ameriloan tells me im not able to make mail in payments and if my bank account is closed or frozen then i will be forwarded to collections. My bank account was closed and there is no way they can get it open again..i was sure of that! Then today i got an email from them saying my loan was approved if i e-sign the documents. i never applied for another loan and the only allow one loan at a time....

Today I got a call from some HOSTILE person at SRA Assoc. She said, "you've been expecting my call. You know what this is regarding, don't you." I told her I had no idea. I told her I had not received any communcation from her company. She goes on to say that her "client" has asked her to contact me. She never says she's a collection agency. I didn't know if she was an atty's office or what? Anyway, I REPEATEDLY asked for notification in writing.

Hey everyone....just stopping by for a few to let you know I am still alive and kicking. I know not been here very much, but things have been pretty stressful and really hard to get myself in a socialble (sp) mood. I have almost been fired this week due to me and the new project manager getting into a yelling match on Monday. Hate being called a liar and feel like nothing I do is write and always being put on the defensive. Never been in trouble in all the years I have been here and I have been here the longest of anyone in our office, going on 5 years, and now all of the sudden I am.

Well here we are again. Another week has flown by. My co workers are hoping that the phones slow down and they can continue their chatter about the weekend. So whats in your weekend plan. I am hoping to get out early tomorrow and wade out into the bay, where I live, and catch something for Volleyballmoms thread, "Whats for Dinner." Blackened Redfish would be nice. It is going to be hot as a habenero here again so early is the key. So my Frog Friday question is: What is everyone doing this weekend?

My credit score went up 83 points!!!!! :D I am so excited!! I noticed that the CA that I paid off are still on there. It says they will come off my report in 2008. Do I just sit back and relax, or should I send letters to them asking them to remove the mark totally??
