I got served today with papers from Capital ONe....can someone tell me how to answer the summons? I was working with a debt settlement company that did nothing to help me and now I am stuck. Thanks.

I owe $12,000 to various creditors and went with their debt settlement plan (which works for me because I have mortgage payments, etc.). They told me all I had to do was pay some $6000 and all will be taken care of.

Ok here's teh deal: The concentration is diff in over the counter pills and also the prescribed pills are triple distilled... He said it is possible to find over the counter that are the same as the prescribed but they may be more costly! So i guess look up Omacor (sp?) and see what the concentration is and the triple distilled! Hope this helps, Ang

Last week I posted that I had logged into my account at Paycheck today and it said "written off". Yesterday, this letter from the Oklahoma Dept of Consumer Credit was in my mailbox. I won't post the whole letter, as it is pretty length, but here is the last paragraph: Now I am not going to hold my breath for my refund, but isn't it wonderful that are complaints are working?

i was contacted last year by a collection agency to collect a debt for capitol one that i have not paid or heard from in over 2 years. i started making payments of 50.00 a month on both accounts. I changed my account and then i called and gave my new account information to the lady and she still took the money fromt he old account. When I called to check on it the lady no longer worked there and it had been sent to someone else. I got the information and called them. they would not take any less the over 500.00 a month on both. i told her i could try to pay 100.00 on each.

I've sent two memos to cash supply and mesa financial to tell them I have paid my loan and then some and to send me a PIF but I am not getting a response from either of them.. What's next?

hi I have a couple good and bad items in my report. 1 Charge off, 1 negatives, open and closed accounts(some paid off), and 2 revolving accounts. I was wondering how long will it take for everything to disappear expect my revolving accounts?

I'm 5 months pregnant (18 weeks as of Sunday!!). Had 2 hot dogs & fries for dinner. Now I have gas! Never had it with hotdogs before. Its kinda in my stomach but also in my back...its in the same spot where I had pain after having my gallbladder out last February. The gas they use to inflate your abdomen in the surgery gets let out at the end, but some gets trapped & settles in your back. Its right below the shoulder blade. Feels like a big knot. Just thought I'd share! LOL!
