Payday Loan-Yes18 years 5 months ago I want to know if any of you have dealt with payday loan-yes and if they do wage assignments? I borrowed $350 from them and never paid anything, now today when I got to work i had a voicemail saying that if I don't respond back today they are going to send a wage assignment to my HR dept. I really don't want that to happen because I just finished paying Sonic Payday last week, and my job honored that wage assignment. Also, the controller from my company told me that if I received another wage assignment at my job I will most likely be terminated. Any suggestions? I live in Florida. Thanks
I have a question!18 years 5 months ago Ok here gose. I live in calif. I can complain to my Attorney General of cailf and the B.B.B. about an illegal ipdl or pdl in store. Ok what recorse do I have if they and will proberly do start to call my reference's and job (as it is illegal to do so in cailf? Can you report them in there own state to get the off your back? There must be laws in there own state that they can not call or harass a person. Has anyone tried doing this before?
bullied18 years 5 months ago Ok, I made a huge mistake...I let Redline Recovery bully me into setting up payment arrangements and giving them authority to do electronic checks from my account. Now I see that they are charging me a $7 fee for the checks. I did not know about this fee or agree to it. Can I stop payment on the next scheduled check and send them a letter saying I do not authorize any more deductions from my account?
