Hello! I just found this site and it looks like it could be my savior! I have too many payday loans, and they are taking my whole paycheck. I really don't know what to do about them anymore. I lice in Pennsylvania. My loans are with: Cash Central - Borrowed $250, paid back $380 Cash Net USA - Borowed $300, paid back $420 Payday Loan Yes - $200, $180 Payday OK - $250, $120 BIG - $200, haven't paid anything back yet. Please help me! I don't know what to do anymore!

Oh my God. I am so mad I am shaking. Calls from USA payday, and Geneva Roth Loan Point. Geneva Roth Loan Point is not licensed in Oklahoma, am I correct? USA payday was civil, even worked out a settlement. Geneva Roth, "attorney" Andy Watkins, insists they are a legal company, blah, blah, blah, and they will pursue this "to the fullest extent of the law", this "case", civil action, blah, blah, blah. I hung up on him, and he called back! What should I do?

Info on summons, being sued by Erin Capital

Hello all. I received a letter from a Maryland law firm in June of this year that they were representing Erin Capital. I immediately sent a debt validation letter requesting all pertinent info, via certified mail. They did receive the letter but never responded to my request. Today I came home and received what I thought was junk mail, an ad from a debt consolidation place that stated they could help me with the lawsuit which was filed against me. I was shocked to say the least, and immediately called the court to confirm that I am being sued. I am and have a court date of 12/5.
