I just started down this road today with western sky/cash call. I borrowed $2500. Have paid back 1200. I closed my account and sent them a letter revoking ach authorization and wage garnishment. Now what? What can i expect and what should you say when they start calling? . .

hello, I have a feeling this question has begun to resemble a broken record. Is the company Plain Green Loans legal in the state of michigan? I am just learning about these licenses as of recently and am looking for any information possible that will avoid me from going to the poor house. I have paid back about half of what I owe, but due to the outrageous interest rates, i have paid back $50. Currently I am delaying paying my credit cards due to the mess I am in. I had previously posted 6 days ago but didn't register and didn't get any advise so I registered Lol! Long story short here, my husband was in a motorcycle accident and ended up in a nursing home with major brain damage,he cannot communicate or do anything for himself. I had to go to court and file for POA, which I received. Now on to my problem. I've been trying to clear up his debts with pretty much success thankfully except one.

I have several Oneclickcash integrity advance Viploanshop 500 fast cash and 2 that are installment loans (I think) paydayone cashnet usa does the unlicensed part apply to installment loans also? Are any of these licensed in SC? Also part of the law says something about 1 at a time and there is a database they can check to see if I have more than one.

I live in Missouri and have the following installment loans: Payday One $950 Great Plains Lending $950 Check and Go $1400 Spot Loan $950 Magnum Cash $800 CashNet $1000 Last week I signed up with a consolidation company to help me with these. I closed my bank account and this week they will start notifying these companies. My question is - are any of these illegal? And if so, what exactly does that mean? Do I only owe principal, even if it's an installment loan, not payday loan? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
