I know the PDL laws for Delaware except for one thing. Are they one of the states that follow just their rules or are they ones that follow the laws of the state the PDL is licensed in?

I closed my bank account today. Out of my 15 ipdls, I have three PIFs, one more payment next week on CashnetUSA, and the rest still owe small balances, legally, but they say much more. What can I expect now? I don't answer the phone if I don't recognize the caller ID already, and they just hang up when they hear the answering machine. I have sent all my letters, wage assignment revocations, BBB and Consumer Credit Complaints.

I have a few questions pertaining to this company. Let me give a bit of background info first. I went into a debt settlement program a few years back. All accounts have been paid except for 2. Those should be complete within the next few months. One of these two sent my account to a collection agenct..Allied Interstate. For the past 2 years, I have received calls from them. They would go through periods without calling and would then resume again. At one point, they were calling my job, all work references, past places of employment, and even my grandparents.

I am on the verge of being sued by all creditors that were entered into the Campos debt consolidation program. In addition to paying Campos I might have to pay all other debt anyway. What should I do?

Well looks like this is going to be over soon! I have to send them payment by Friday thru over night and he is sending me a settlement letter right now thru email. SO it will show up as satisified on my credit report and i will have a SIF in minutes... My stomach is turning with nervousness. I've been waiting for this day for 3 years! Of course it wasn't as low as i wished for but at least they're gonna be off my back soon and will NEVER have to talk to them again!

Hi Everyone, I have a question. I signed a contract with a local fitness club last year. It was for a 3 year commitment. I was paying on it fine, but my account was closed about 6 months into it (due to attempted identity fraud). To make a long story short, it has been in collections for over 90 days. I received a call from their "legal department", telling me that I had to pay by this Friday (9/21) or else they would be taking legal action. I was told that I would be charged with "financial fraud" since my bank account was now closed.

Does anyone have any info n this supposed collection/law office?? debt is for @5,00.... they're trying to get 13,000???? can use any info and or help you can offer! Tks!

Anyone know anything about Rapid Cash Management? $200 loan for $89 processing fee. No written contract only verbal agreement over phone. Does anyone have any address or experience with this firm - Said they were out of London and governed by UK laws...whatever that means.

For some reason the site won't let me log on, but I was wondering: Do I need to send a notice of intent to a company if I am going to file a complaint against them? I've told them twice to send me the information on my account in writing (via email), or I was going to complain, and twice they've tried to dodge around it with one reason or another.
