Good afternoon everyone!! I am new to this forum and I'm wanting to get rid off all the debt I have. I have 2 credit cards I'd like to get paid off, some medical bills, a student loan and numerous payday loans. I've been dealing the whole Payday "craze" for over a year now and enough is enough. I know that I'm wasting a lot of money by having them.

Hey guys- Just got a call from NCA-stating that they are a collection agency for quickest-cash-advance asking for my attorney's information. I told him I didn't have one. He went on and on about I wrote a bad check and they were going to get me for it.. blah blah blah. I told him I didn't write any check, he stated you signed the documents. AND!!!! I told him to stop calling me at work he stated he was going to continue call. Who is this prick they called from a # (620) 665-6032. What can he do guys even though I told him I know the pdl was illegal he is going to continue to harass me.

I just filled out the MY debt section and I am ready to enroll in the Smart Repayment Plan. What do I do to get in touch with someone to help me get this taken care of?

Is this a collection agency for a payday loan? Anyone know?

Hello guys, I had service with Sprint PCS about two years ago. I decided to switch over to Cingular because Sprint was very expensive and my bill was always above $120. Ok, I called, I cancelled I agreed to pay my last bill & cancellation fee. They said that they will mail me everything together. Well some times has passed, I never got the bill and I basically forgot about it. I beleive two months after I cancelled a collection letter came by mail. They have place me on collection with some agency.

First Bank of Delaware (through check n go online) told me that they don't accept proposals. :roll: But Langhorne says not to worry about it and that they will take care of it. I want to send a payment to a collector. At the bottom of a letter they sent me it says the following: Quote:

"We reserve the right to process checks electronically by transmitting the routing, account, and check number to the bank. By submitting a check, you authorize us to initiate an electronic debit from your account. A returned check mya be collected electronically if it is returned for insufficent funds."

What does that mean?

Hello guys, I was looking at my credit reports trough TrueCredit.com and I have noticed at least 3 errors so far. 1) My job history is incorrect: - there is no employment history on file for Equifax - the hire dates are incorrect on both TransUnion & Experian reports - my company name is mispelled on Experian's credit report 2) My address information is wrong: - TransUnion has my previous address/date right but doesnt have the current one - Experian has the current address but with a wrong date, and the old address has a wrong date also - Equifax has the right old address with a
