Ok guys, I just had something going in my mind. I see different kinds of avatars in everyone's user account. How about finding those who haven't put an avatar yet and are regular on the board. Does anybody know if Nationwide Cash has a license? I have read conflicting posts regarding their licensing, some say they are licensed in New Mexico and some say they are not licensed. To sum up long story I defaulted on my student loans in 1996 and as a single mom with an Autism Spectrum Child. I still remember Mrs. White from Georgia Higher Education telling me to change my taxes in way so we could live on least possible money and the tax garnishment would help. When I married in 2002, my husband had no problem letting any refund we had go to my student loans. Priemere Credit Collection has had the loan for at least 4 years now but they never respond to any written documentation, certified or otherwise. I have paid $21K in tax intercepts on my 13K loans.

I'm paying over $33,000 in hospital bills. And this is AFTER insurance! My husband and I can only pay so much due to "just making it by" paying our normal bills. Even though we're trying to do the best we can we're hounded day after day. Is there anyone who can tell me if there's anything we can do since collection agencies are threatening to sue us? I'm from NJ and have 2 payday loans: Magnum Cash Advance Amount borrowed: $1,040 4 payments of $394.96 due (next on 9/14) I wind up re"borrowing" whatever they'll loan me every 3 payments just to make ends meets (rent, food, insurance) Americashadvance Amount borrowed: $700 Payment due on 9/14 - $510.30 plus $102.06 (fee) I usually wind up just paying the fee on this one because i just can't make ends meet. I'm a single mother working 2 full time jobs and getting nowhere.

I am considering filing for Bankruptcy, but i dont want to loose everything i have. I own 3 cars and 2 house. The cars are free and clear but the houses were both tied up in a debt consolidation loan with Wells Fargo for about 50,000. I also have about 30,000 in credit card debit. I believe i can turn the cars into my son's name to not use them in the bankruptcy, but what should i do about the houses? I live in one now and my daughter lives in the other. please help
