Bankruptcy debt can be removed is really Mody

18 years 5 months ago
I see here said the bankruptcy debt can clearly do not know is not correct? Those can be clear, these are not clear。。 Bankruptcy discharge is a lawful term which means that all your obligations towards the creditors have been cleared and you no longer have to payback certain kind of debts. Your creditors no longer have the right to try and collect debts from you. How fast can bankruptcy be discharged? It depends on the chapter you have filed under (Chapter 7 or 13).

Entering the site, it has a link to an outdated list of D.S.'s. Should this list be updated, or am I being ****? :) http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/forums/about243.html ****Adult term removed - Jason

One Click Cash - legal?

18 years 5 months ago
Just trying to reassure myself here..........One Click Cash is one of MTE's nice little unlicensed cronies, right? They're being quite the royal pains, between calls and nasty-gram emails and good stuff like that. Just hoping for a little backup, I guess.

Retrospective Validation Letter

18 years 5 months ago
Hi. I wished I could have found this community before i settled with two collectors this year. I got confirmation and release letters, but not validation, assuming that I do owe their original creditors. Could I retrospectively ask them to provide validation letters? Just curiousity how I owe that money... Thanks.

Payday loans have ruined my life. Is there a way out?

18 years 5 months ago
I live in Texas, and I have about 8 payday loans out that are taking every penny of my paycheck every two weeks. I'm behind on all my bills and have received cut off notices for some of my utilities. I've almost lost my house to foreclosure twice. This is a nightmare. It started about 6 months ago when my boyfriend lost his job and his truck got repoed, so he had no transportation to find a job so he's been without work for the last 6 months until just a couple of weeks ago when he finally found work.

Hey everyone! It has been a while since I have been able to get online...been having some rotten luck. Right now, I am laid up with a broken foot(remember the wonderful baby persent (the puppy)someone got me..yeah he ran under my feet while I was going down the steps) So I went back to work for one week and am now on Medical leave(unpaid of course) again. But not all is bad..Xander is getting so big and he and I are moving back to Harrison on Oct 1st. I found a nice lil apartment that is perfect for us. And closer to his grandparents! How is everyone?

I checked my credit history by TransUnion on end of June. There were 2 adverse accounts. One is, Chase Auto Finance. When I called to Chase Auto Finance on end of June, they told me "Sentry" is caring my account. So, I sent a DV letter on end of June with certified mail, but they didn't send back anything. I called to Chase Auto Finance again today, they told me "Mercantile Adjustment Bureau" is caring my account now. the other one is, NCO Financial. I also called to NCO Financial on end of July, They told me "TrueLogic" is caring my account.

THANK YOU, Debt Consolidation and Moderators!!!

18 years 5 months ago
it's me Bikergirl... Just wanted to say thank you to the moderators of this forum and to debt consolidation Care for putting this on the net. I have read a lot of the posts and yes, we have all made a stupid mistake by taking out these loans. Look what they have done to us, some of us including myself thinking of suicide (wonder how many have actually done this?), relationship problems, IMPORTANT finances not being paid, etc.... I am glad that we have this site to help us through this!!! You are saving lives and relationships!!!
