Back in the beginning of this year I filed complaints with the Indiana Attorney Generals office against old payday loans I got on the internet. Yesterday I got 3 letters back with a response from the AG of IN.....Just like I thought they cant do a thing to help me but they are forwarding my complaints to the (DFI)of Indianapolis.... Has anyone had any luck with the DFI? Like my previous post- I really dont think theres a point in filing complaints with the AG. These complaints were filed in FEB of this year...it takes 6 MONTHS to get a response?

Now that I'm back from visiting the family over the last few weeks I have gotten back to work with resolving these payday loans. One Click Cash just gave me my PIF as I sent them a moneygram yesterday for the remaining outstanding principle on the last loan with them. I started with 15 payday loans and now I have 10 PIF and one dead one (Cash Today). Of the four remaining I only owe principle with ameriloan. I will be dealing with their collectors soon since they sent me a link to an online settlement site but it wouldn't accept just giving them the principle owed.

I took out a loan with Interim Cash for $225, and they have been debiting my account weekly, can they do this? First it was $60, then $55, and got notice my next on will be $50? Is this right?

I have set up my blog and am trying to set up the google ad thing. I have my number and listed my banking info..now it wants me to apply for tax ID?? Is this what I'm suppose to be doing?? Does anyone know when the ads appear on your blog?? Not exactly sure how this thing all works...any info is welcomed...thanks!!

Okay now with the situation with the banks fees pilling up to over 1,000.00 I had already made promises to pay some on the accounts at the PDL places, well the ones who would work with me. I got my final statement in the mail from my bank on Tuesday and I see that three checks had bounced two to a local grocery store and one to a take out place. I don't know what to do because the bad checks my husband can have issues with ( prosecution, jail time) and I think we should pay them off first. But I am going to go back on the promise to pay at three PDL places.

my husband did charge-offs on debts ex-wife made over 9 years ago--(he says he gave her money to pay bills and she lied about paying)whatever-- two sides to every story I know-- someone is now calling him about one of these old debts--will this effect my excellent credit rating? He has been advised by tax preparer to hang up on them-- is this all that needs to be done or do I need to get a lawyer?
