i just got a threatening phone call from FTR processing.

Has anyone ever dealt with ARS National from Escondido, CA. My account was with Redline and I have been paying on it for a year now without any problems. I noticed that they didn't take a payment for July and called them. They said they no longer handle Citibank. I had to call Citibank direct and they gave me the number to ARS. ARS is now telling me that the $50 a month payments are no good and that the only thing I can do is settle. They said they are a third party collector and if I don't settle, they will take legal action.

Help!! I currently have 7 pdl's out and I am unable to make the payments. I am not familiar with the laws in my state at all in reference to pdl's. CashTransferCenters: amt borr. $200.00.

Is it from the first default date or from charge off date? I'm a little confused. I think that some of my debt is about to reach the SOL period but I'm not sure how it is calculated. Thanks. :-)

I have been trying to reach someone from there for about three days. I have e-mailed twice and sent a pm on his site. Is this normal? I sent a list of my debts as it says to on the site, but no reponse. Any ideas??

All my payday loans are in collections ( believe execpt one, which is probably going there soon). I don't know the number off hand, but have them on my caller id at home and can update this post when I get home. I never answer the phone, but I want to consilidate my pdl's. I have them from Cashnet USa-Currently not in collection Cash Central Net Cash Usa Check N'go I know i'm missing one or two more I think. But those are the main ones that I remember. I'm in WI and would like information on payday loan colidation.
