Also what happens if the collection agency has the wrong name? The are pursueing me with somone elses last name on the paperwork.

Ok so I got a title loan and got laid off out of no where my fiance just started his job and won't get his first check till next week and the loan was due yesterday. And his check won't be enough to cover it I am stressing out bad over this and I have no ideda what to do because they said there is no leeway and I should just go ahead and bring the car up to them. Because they will be comming to get it. I am needing a way to hold off a bit and maybe make the payments smaller please help

Ok, I know there are experts out there who may know exactly what to do in this case but I'm at a loss as to how to solve my problem without having to pay more $$ (that I don't have) to get out of it so please be kind with your response, this is why I'm seeking advice. I'm at the point where I can no longer continue to pay monthly payments on a title loan for a 14-yr old car (and I know they don't want this old car) and payments to Great Plains Lending. I have paid them more than what I've borrowed to both and can't make enough on a monthly basis to pay extra in order to pay them off.

Our bankruptcy has been discharged two weeks ago. On 9/24 I called our mortgage company to make a payment. As far as they will tell me this is the only way I can make payments to them. I gave them my account numbers and they read the numbers back to me and they were correct. I was watching for the payment to come thru on 10/1 but it did not. I called them on 10/4 to ask why the payment had not posted and they told me that the account number was incorrect. They read the account number back and they had put an extra 5 on the end. That was NOT the number that was read back to me.

debt care usa is a scam and making money off of everyone because people dont want to take the time and the effort to settle with their own credit card companies which many people are pretty capable of doing themselves. you can save your own money and once you have enough saved just contact your collector, majority of the time companies will settle for half rather than nothing, just state your hardship, unemployed,disablity, etc. thats exactly what these guys are doing for you but their getting paid working at home for it.
