I need some advice on this one. Got a call from these people . has anyone heard of them or have used them. there fees are 30percent of debt. they do all the work. then your debt free and credit is ok after you finish the program. they said it used threw attorneys. let me hear your feed back on this. or what to say back to them. they are calling me back tommorow ( tuesday) told them i had to ask the community about them. Federal debt relief System can someone please help me out on this as soon as possible on this one. if there bad people i want to tell them that when they call me back.

Asset Acceptance had my sister for an old debt. I want to verify that I gave her the right information to proceed with this: I told her she HAS to go to the court date on Oct 31st. I also told her to immediately send a debt validation letter to Asset Acceptance. According to her, her last payment on this account was in early 2001 and that it was charged off in Feb 2002. FL's SOL is 5 years so that means she would most likely not owe on this, right? When she does go to court, does she state that for the judge/mediator that the account is past SOL here??? I have a judgment against me, how did they find out my bank name? and get my money?

I was contacted by a AS Associates representing National Money Store, I have an outstanding loan with the Money Store. The AS Associates rep told my that if I did not settle this loan by the end of the week they are going to file, with the county, check fraud charges against me for the non-payments. This was a loan I took out thru the internet and could not keep paying. He said they could file the charges for the debit's they tried to make on my bank account that were returned for insufficient funds. Can they really file these charges?

Can anyone please help me? I keep getting this guy James Brou, that says that he is from United States processing Department, and that If I don't call and take care of my problem, then he will send a police officer to m y place of work, or to my home. Please tell me that ARE this dumb.... Some of you may rememeber me being here in the Feb-Apr time frame. You were of great assistance in riding me (or rather my wife) of 17 pay day loans. However, this has just come up and I can't figure if I should be pissed or overjoyed! GECC DBA Cash Direct Express credited my wife with a 300 dollar loan on 9/27/06. By 2/16/07 she had paid 1000.00 in return. SC law only allows 45 bucks interest and no rollovers...I filed a complaint with the SC Atty General. They sent the collection to PDL Recovery.

Hi everyone...So I am in a boatload of issues here with PDL's and I cannot stop the madness. I am even thinking of having to get a second job to pay for these things due to the "refinance" fees.. What is (if any) the recourse of the internet pdl is not licensed in CA? The following are the pdl's, all internet: Eastside Lenders, Cash Transfer Centers, payday loan yes, one step cash,cashcetnral.com. Any help would be much appreciated! PS-I did register but didnt want my name showing up...

If you are on a debt management Plan and have been making payments since April, 2007 do you need to list these accts on the bankruptcy chapter 13? Can we just list certain accts that we want in the repayment plan or do we have to list all of them ?
