i had to close my bank account for i have to many payday loans i did not have a paycheck left i did not know what else to do now i really dont know what to do next or where to go to resolve this problem without handing over my whole paycheck again can you steer me in the right direction? is ther a company out there that i can trust to maybe consolidate my loans and make only one payment?

I needed little help and borrowed 250. Next thing I know Im getting calls, caller id says N.J., but area code in Seattle, and accent doesn't sound right. They threatened to send sheriff with warrant to arrest to my work. Now im faxing aggreements to pay way above the loan amount. How do you finally get rid of them after without worrying about arrests, court, and more cost?

I have started some research on this, partially because I suddenly remembered it from business law. It is about putting Paid in Full on your checks in final payments that are in dispute. It basically states if the person receiving the check cashes or deposits the check and when it clears the bank, debt is in fact paid in full. The general statue is : ACCORD AND SATISFACTION BY USE OF INSTRUMENT If anyone has information this could be very helpful to all here. As I research more and get some answers back from some questions I have asked I will put here. But it looks to be legal and binding.

Hello all! Heres my short story :) About 10 years ago i made bad choices ofcourse. I was 18 years old and i got a couple of credit cards and joined gyms and cell phone plans etc. My debt wasnt that bad but my credit score is about 500 i believe. I had an ex girlfriend whos name was also in the mix of it all so i spoke to a family loan shark friend who lend me 10 grand or so. I spread it out and paid the most creditors i could. Yesterday! finally i finished paying the loan shark! im extremely happy about that.

I have a payday loan with wire into cash and they have garnished my wages, my payroll dept did not accept my revocation, no one will listen to me there that this is illegal. I have contacted the Attorney general,Office of financial regulations and no help. I dont have the money to get a attorney. Any advise. They tell me from the payroll that I had five days from the date of the letter which was dated Sept 14 I did not receive it until the 24th, and did not get a letter of intent sent to me before that.

How long does a debt need to be before it can not be collected on?

This thread is separate from my other update thread in that it's specifically regarding the illegal lenders replies to me. I am going to post my email to each one per column on this thread as to keep things in order & then underneath my email in the same column, I'll post their reply to me. The 1st one is Cashwebusa. I emailed them yesterday morning (10-04-12) and they replied by the afternoon. They cited their retarded Costa Rica laws but they did issue a PIF or paid in full status on the account with apparently a good standing with them.

I've been applying for loans with no luck and today got an email from a Paul somebody saying that my loan had been approved with National Group, LLC and I am to call them tomorrow for details, etc. They didn't mention what the amount approved was, but it looked legitimate. Does anyone know anything about this company? I'm in Las Vegas, NV and had applied online.
