Friday I pulled out all my money from my account and today I pull up my online account status and so far it shows everything has cleared. My jaw is dropping when I look at my negative balance. It's almost $2,000. Do you they my bank really paid everything? Why would they do that? Is there anything I should do with my bank now?

I am in the same boat. I have 3 payday loans..and started them back in May 07. I was paying the interest...and got in a bind so couldnt pay the interest anymore..and then the whole amount became due..and they started bombarding my account with fees..and trying to take money out. Now my account is 1180 overdrawn...my bank has restricted my account...I lost interenet for awhile..I am back (obviously)...lost my phone as well, now they have no way of contacting me other than us mail. I havent heard anything from them..what does this mean? Can they garnish my wages?

Good Morning to all of u guys! I've been so busy here lately i can't seem to find time to spend much time here online. We started a renovation project about 2 years ago or so and it seems like as soon as we get one project done there's another to start! The end is near but i've been working in the house every weekend and if it's not finished soon i'm gonna die of exhaustion. I haven't had a weekend off to do nothing in a very long time and i need it badly. I'm ready for a vacation, somewhere nice but NOT hot!

Hello, I need help with my debts that I have in the UK, I have been here 6 years now and have about 30 – 35K worth of dept, currently in an IVA and have not made any payment to them for about 7 months. I am originally from South Africa and hold a South African passport, I will be flying home soon cause my visa is about to run out and I don’t want to renew it…..
