I have a good bit of debt and I would like to consolidate it all into one payment without messing up my credit. The problem is I do not own a house or anything worth enough to put up against a loan. PLEASE HELP!

Now, I am getting calls from collection agency for 240 dollar from Bonded Collection Corporation (bcc-chicago.com) 1)Can I pay them and it goes away from my credit history on phone using my checking account/credit card, Is it safe to do so ? 2)I asked them to mail me a statement and they are not ready to do so. How reliable are they ?

Has anyone ever had to ask them to make payment arrangement or payment plans with before? My job is cutting hours and if I pay them, I will end up running short on a more important bill like electric. I am paying them $40 every two weeks right now just for fees. I was wondering if anyone ever dealt with them before or not?

do the storefront pdls automatically do a judgment against you when you default? or is that if they can't get any resolution out of you or what else would make it happen? (I'm in Texas) thanks!

I have fallen behind on my rent, my credit cards, and other bills. I just can't seem to find a way out of them. I am young and would love to rebuild credit. I fell behind due to a break up that left me with all the bills for the apartment and other things.

i have noticed that the 3 creadit bureau have different items on a persons reports? why is that i figured that a CB all 3 would be uniformed information.

you all have nerve taking out a loan, then not paying it back. all of you taking loans out over the internet need to realize that the laws that are followed are the laws of the state that the company is located in, not your laws. just stop crying about it all and JUST PAY YOUR BILLS.
