I am currently unemployed I have been since July of 2006 due to a very high risk pregnancy. I was on unemployment and then on disability untill april of 2007. For the past couple of months I haven't been able to make payments on my credit cards and I dont know when I will. Im currently awaiting to be approved by the state disability due to some illnesses I inquired from my pregnancy. I need some help to figure out what I can do.

Does anyone know how you can consolidate payday loans? I have a total of about 14 and can't pay them anymore. I need help and quickly. If anyone knows of any companies that consolidates payday loans please let me know.

I am about $200,000 in debt between 2 investment properties ($100,000), cedit cards ($40,000) and student loans ($60,000). Is there any way to consolidate all of the together? By next year I will be making enough money to pay a lot of this off but for now I am completely broke. Any suggestions?

I stupidly bought things that I thought I needed. These were things I surely did not need, and definitely couldn't afford. Why not just go and charge it? That's a great thought I wont have to pay it all back. Before I knew it the cards were all maxed out and I was in trouble, BIG TIME!!!! Now I am looking to try to get help in bailing myself out, so that the phone will stop ringing and I can finally have room to breath.

I have been a single mother for 7 years now. My son just started 5th grade and he's a wonderful little man but I cant help feel sorry for him because his father is not in the picture. My X husband moved out of Indiana to Louisiana and got re-married and has 2 step kids. My son feels very left out and asks the questions like why doesnt my dad want me? It just breaks my heart. In Sept. it will be 3 years since I have gotten child support from him. The county I guess (so they say) is working on catching him but I'm givin up hope.

How can I find out if someone is looking for my wife because of a debt she owes?

I have about 12,000 of debt but the biggest prob is the payday loans. I cannot find a way to get out from under them and they take about 1/2 of my monthly income. I hope you will be able to help me. Thanks
