This is Barney - a Boxer-Shepherd mix my daughter got at a local shelter. He was such a CUTE puppy! When she moved out last summer, I made her leave him behind, because I knew she wouldn't have time to take care of him. She really only liked him as a puppy, then he grew up (as they do) and she was just annoyed with him. So I figured it was best that he stay with us. Ok..here's my two troublemakers! Tootie (aka Lady Katherine of Willoughby - her AKC registered name) is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. I've ALWAYS wanted a Corgi, ever since I was small. Don't know why, they just appeal to me. Probably because they're built like me. LOL! Her legs are only 4 inches long, and her body is long like a Dachshund's would be. She's a little overweight for her breed, but all Corgis have that tendency - doesn't take much for them to gain. She came from a rescue in Ohio.

Someone help me! I'm trying to point a guest in the right direction to where he/she can find examples of letters to send to his/her pdl's. Letters revoking debit authorization, revoking any wage assignments, only contact via email or USPS, state laws, etc. Where are they now? I'm lost? Is there still a link to them? Please, please help me! :D

I have 3 separate pdl's out totaling $1200 - CheckSmart, Express Payroll Advance and Nat'l Check Cashers. I stopped payment on the checks before they were due to be cashed when it became clear to me that they would not work a payment plan with me. I've also closed my checking account. After stopping the checks, I sent them each a letter stating (again) that I was currently unable to pay the debt in full at this time, that I intended to pay my debt in full but with regular payments. I;ve since sent all three of them payments of $25 each within a month's time frame.

I cant say it again but I found this site last Monday 08/13/2007. Because of All of your advice and help I am digging out of the mess I have created. So far in 1 short week I have had MTE,mycashtime, sjm marketing, starlight fs all mark me pif and sent letters to me.

how do i find out the PA laws, if they can legally practice in PA? I emailed our Attorney General on this, and I have tried to get them (cash2day) to stop taking money from my account. I have tried freezing my funds but my bank won't do it. WHat else can i do?? In the last 5 minutes . I have gotten e mails from ITS My Pay Day, and and Impact cash PAID IN FULL. I cant believe it , my first two. 5 more to go, and they are so illegal it isnt funny. I could not be happier

I have always had and still do have decent credit. I pay my bills on time, especially my secured debt, but have a high income to debt ratio. I dont have a public record or collections - just a business partner who racked up serious debt and walked away. My personal unsecured debt is around 36K and he added another 80K. I have been making the payments on everything for 8 months to keep my credit alive but now my savings is gone, my regular income is sparse at best, and I am left holding a heavy bag. I am going to start with the business accounts and try to settle them.
