are internet pdl legal is kentucky? how can i find this out?

i am sooo dissappointed in the servics for this card i have had this card a month first the card was lost in the mail then i was sent a new one then my pin was lost in the mail now ive gotta wait a total of 10 more days with no apologies or compensation i just bought a house and need this money but guess what still waiting

Yesterday morning at around 6:00 - 6:15 a.m., my doorbell rang and woke us up. It was someone who tried to serve a subpoena to my husband on an old Home Shopping Network card I had, through Providian. At the time I had the card I was going through Chemo, and honestly forgot about this card/account. I've moved several times since then, and I guess they recently found me. I make 12/hr and my fiancee makes 15.82/hr. we make pretty good money but with our regular monthly bills and trying to pay off these payday loans we can't do it. A co-worker of mine says someone from Legal Mediation Services, number: (904) 387-3187 just called looking for me at my office. Is this ARM? As I did send a cease and desist as MTE did not validate my debt correctly. Or, is this someone else? All of the rest of my PDL's are in my dmp. Can anyone help?

My girlfriend got caught up in the payday loan nightmare and I'm trying to help her and give her all the information I can. I never sent a revoke letter to the companies saying they are not allowed to debit my account anymore. She wants to do the right thing and send letters. She told me that after the 3 she took out she will never do this again. I told her good...I definitely learned my lesson thats for sure. Does anyone know of the best and efficient letter of revoke that I can give her? Thanks so much.....
