I came across this site and you don't know how much better I feel already. It makes me feel better to know that I am not the only one who has fell into this payday loan crap. I totally regret taking that first loan. I currently have 6 and 2 in default. It makes me sick that I am almost paying more a month in these fees than I am for my house. Where do I start to clear this up. All my loans are the stupid internet ones that were so easy to get and I continue to "refinance" them every 2 weeks. 2 I have been paying on since November 2006.

does anyone have info on these people bud hibbs or sixpert. and do they work for you ? or are they a big rip off . i need some answers quick before i make a decison here soon. please help me out if you can

Great news for NY First Premier Credit Card holders.

I applied for a loan about one month ago and got several calls from companies who wanted me to take out a "secured" loan with them. I turned them all down because I just think it is a scam to ask for money up front to secure a loan. But...I got a call from a company called Diamond Eagle Investments and Lending saying that I have been approved for a loan. The person calling was calling from 416-210-3998. He left an 800 number as a call back number. I hit the redial button on my cell phone to call the 416 number back and got a message that the number is a non-working number.

Hi Can someone help me find out what I need to do? I am stuck in the horrible multiple payday loan cycle and have fallen behind on my bank account and now payments have been returned and they continue to attempt to put their automatic withdrawals through my account. I don't know if I will ever be able to get caught up! I live in IA. Can I consolidate these loans? Thanks! Pete

Hello- Forgive me in advance if I am cross posting or being redundant. I am getting to the end of my dealings with the CA's, and I'm just wondering... can you get the original creditors to get the debt back from the credit agency and deal with them directly? Thanks in advance! Karen

Plus UnitedCashLoans took another $90.00 and CashNetUSA took another $71.75. According to my Dept of Finance in Missouri, if I close an account the pdl companies can seek legal action. Is this true even though the are unlicensed/illegal entities?
