Hi, I had posted under payday trouble until I realize that was being posted as a guest! Anyway, I posted all my loan information under payday trouble(s) user name. I just called my bank, and they will not stop all ACHs from coming through. They also will not do a hard stop to stop all debits from coming through! I get paid Friday, and all my check is going to be gone because of these pdls.

I am buried in payday loans and irs payments! I need help fast!! I hope this site and its members can help me I will log on everyday so please write to me

Does anyone know how to get in touch with these payday loans companies? I have 5 only three have addresses and one has had their phone disconnected...

I have 5 payday internet loans. I live in Indiana..I am going to my bank and put a stop payment on each of them. I have done this before on other debits and it works well with my bank. They will try bank drafts and such but if you put the stop payment on them the bank is very good about sending them back. My loans are very small...three are just a hundred dollars. I have read that in Indiana the limit on interest charges 15% on the first 100 and no more than $20 dollars total on the next 300.

hi i got behind in 2 months of car payments as had to quit my job reason of being pregnant and was in situation i had to quit they r demanding i pay minium 200 a week for payments on arrears and normal payments wich leaves me practically nothing for food and petrol i dont understand why they have legal rights to take every cent off of me wen i made a reasonable offer of 150 a fortnight for payments but just on longer agreement can u help me please

Well, I made it thru Hillary Duff last night. I worked the elevator and I actually got to ride with her costumes at the end of the show (I'll tell my grandkids, lol...) and met her drummer and dancers. Actually, they were very nice kids. I have a judgement from Ford. I am in Florida, do not work, have no assets to speak of. What can their attourny do to try and collect? Is there any asset protection laws for a certain amount of assets for protection?
