Hi, I am rep to a small debt consolidation/debt settlement firm. I am a regular visitor to this forum. I will like to know following things: 1) How many mailing address/phone number/fax number does a creditor have? I am planning to make an open database for creditors that everyone can use. If a creditor is operating state-wide then can I expect more than 100 mailing address/fax/phone for the creditor? 2) How difficult is it for a client to find his creditor's mailing details including fax/phone number? I currently have 3 payday loans and a "short term" loan out in Arizona with the following companies Cash One LLC - $500 Ace Cash Advance - $500 Check n' Go - $500 First Bank of Delaware. - $1350 You know the story you get one loan and then another to cover the first one, etc. These have built up over the past six months. I can't do it anymore! I won't be able to pay rent this next month. Where can I get help? I don't qualify for a personal loan to consolidate these loans. debt relief companies don't include payday loans. Does anyone know what I can do?

What is systematic collection agency and how do I find them? I'm stationed in Japan and cannot find anything on them to pay my bill and get out of debt. Thanks for your help.

there is a Judgment me against me for a car that was repo in 2005, I had the car for 4yr. total $12,000.00, had a lot of problems, in and out of work, finaly I'm disable, after the repo the total is still $12,000.00 all went for late & interest, I received a letter for a class action, stating that I'm to receive a settlement, I don't know how much, my question is can the car company step in and take the settlement, if so can they take all or % PLEASE HELP

There are several payday loans in my name and my husband's names that I need to resolve. I have already closed the account. We are in Pennsylvania. They are all internet lenders. The companies are Sonic Cash $500 ameriloan $300 Payday Select $500 Cash Net USA $1200 Honest Payday $500 Most of these have been rolling over for 6-9 months, so I have paid tons of interest. Please tell me how to work out arrangements with these companies.

Ok here is my situation, for the past few months i have been working on my credit by paying off accounts on my credit report. The frustrating thing is that these accounts are not being reported as being paid, now with experian i have requested that these accounts be up graded to paid, but when the results come back the accounts remain the same. So, what do i do now, do i call experian by phone and tell them to reinvestigate or do i mail a dispute letter, when i checked my latest report, my social security number is even off by one number, and they have addresses that i have never lived at.

I went out and pay all my payday loans out got a little extra this month. paid cash net usa 258.75 and got an e-mail saying i owe them 392.75 1st it was 133.00 than 258.75 i e-mail them back telling this is it no more. than paycheck today call me at work telling me i owe 300+ dollars couldn't hear the whole amount it has been weeks since i heard from them i was mad i got rude told them i wasn't paying anything because everytime they took money out of my bank it was 2 separate payment i have paid them over the amount. what shall i do next do anybody know anything about paycheck today

i have been paying monthly to a ca since 1999. i still have a balance of 3626.09 but i looked on the back of the letter and it says this communication is from a debt collector and any attempt to collect a debt. any information obtained will be used for this purpose. at this point in time no attorney with this firm has personally reviewed the particular circumstances of you account does that mean i still have to pay?
