Has this ever moved forward or was it pigeon holed. I haven't heard anything about it since but I thought it was a great idea.

I looked into the name after speaking to a representative of 1800899Cash.com - we came to a settlement agreement in which I would wire transfer the payment via Western Union and the payee would be "Langhorne Law" per the rep. Also, a rep from Urgent Cash Advance mentioned that he has 20 clients using "Langhorne" in an email. I was curious, so I Google them. I found langhornedebtsolutions.com site, filled out the form, and received a call yesterday.

Good morning! I filed a complaint with the BBB regarding Paycheck Today. It was forwarded to MTE Financial who in return states they have no record of me as a client. I responded to the BBB stating that I had a feeling this would happen. I filed another complaint with the BBB and manually entered Paycheck Today's info in the system...it too was forwarded on to MTE Financial. I feel like I'm going around in circles! I filed a complaint with the FL Attorney General and let them know. I've already closed my bank account so they won't get my money. Has anybody had this same problem?

The sherriff has delivered a civil summons for legal action by cach, llc. I would like information on how to maybe get them to settle with a smaller amount.

Just wanted to know, what would be my course of action if the creditor does not respond to my debt validation within the 30 day time frame. I've already received my signature of confirmation for the letters that were sent out. At this time can I send a copy of that to all 3 credit bureaus in order to have the information removed?
