i have 2 payday loans one i owe 200 the other 1 owe 545 and the last one i owe 700 please help me comes out my check every 2 wks costing me almost 800 mtly

My husband was deeply in debt prior to us getting married, and took out a 2nd mortgage on the home we own. We are both on the 1st mortgage, and that is current after a hellish loan modification process with WF. 2nd originated with Countrywide and was sold to BoA and now is being sold again, hubby is the sole borrower on it. We tried to get BoA to modify the 2nd, but they refused. Waiting on the info for who ever BoA sold the 2nd to, but in case they also refuse to work with us, I'm exploring other options.

In Missouri, Spotloan (which was previously Zestcash earlier this summer and changed over to Spotloan later this summer) is licensed with the state but they're a tribe. How does that work exactly? I thought you had to be on the tribe and sign anything there for things to be on the up and up. But since they're licensed with a state such as mine, what does that mean exactly? Thanks!

this company has charged my sisters account $19.95 for 6 months now. she has alzeihmers and hasn't done a credit report. the account lists this phone number 877-297-7790. she has had alzheimers for years.I tried free reverse phone look up and can't find out anything because it is a toll free number. i have power of attorney over her but don't know what to do. would appreciate any help

I would like to know if debt collectors are allowed to tell you to voluntarily let them take monies from your 401 K retirement account?

I have shopped at New York and Company for more years than I can remember. However, everytime I apply for a credit card I'm denied. The letter I received said it's because of "poor credit performance on another credit card issued by WFNNB". When I call the no one can tell me what credit card I had previously with WFNNB. Thanks,

I admit I had a credit card and charged more than I could afford to pay. That was my fault. I accept responsibility for this. There came a time when I became disabled and could no longer make the payments. I tried to negotiate with the creditor but they would not work with me to make payments I could manage. So I had no choice but to quit paying completely. My debt was eventually sold to Resurgence Financial, LLC who later changed their name to Resurgence Legal Group.
