Here's a new one to watch out for, especially in Florida, that I reported to Budd Hibbs. Bottom feeders who go for the jugular (judgments). They are in Tampa and represent such esteemed "clients" like lvnv funding llc and CACV/CACH. They love serving papers and trying to force you into "stipulation agreements", then wait till you miss a payment and grab an instant judgment. They won't respond to DV letters. Send a DV letter and they send a summons requesting a pre-trial "mediation", probably hoping you won't show up.

I have been having bad credit for years because when I had my first credit card I was young and didn't know the facts about credit. I couldn't pay for my bills cause I lost my job. Now, I don't know what to do to get my credit score up again. I need your help, please. Ryan Caalim

I was approved for a $200.00 loan back in April as I was going through my bank staements I noticed that I was charged $60.00 seven times plus $29.50 Now! that is way over what my loan was and I'm sure interest!! and I am still being charged $60.00 out of my count!! I am going to put everything out there so you people have all the details needed to help me. 1st the Great news. 2 months ago I came here with 10 pay day loans with no way out. I am happy to say that Wednesday I paid off my last 3 in full. Had 5 of them Marked PIF without sending another dime in and received refunds from 2 others. Now the bad news. Now that I am pay day loan free I have to work on repairing my credit. I think, between my wife and I, we havn't made a credit card payment of any type in 8 months (due to the pay day loan hell we were in).

people cant give you a list of non check system banks there is always a few what happen to helping people i am not in debit i just cant open an account because some bank says i had an account i never even banked with them an i cant get the bank to cooperate with me they like all insist it mine debit but when i ask fir singture prove they cant proved any fish all a game of control to me

For once since I have gotten married, I am finally getting back on track! I was previously in a debt management program that I had to drop out of because of all the stuff my husband did but now I am getting re enrolled so I can get my debts paid off and get back my life! I know debt consolidation takes time but its a major relief to know that I am going to be able to finally take care of these bills! Pretty soon, ok well in 5 years, all of my debts should be paid off and I will be free to live my life! What a relief!

Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I have been battling his old debts for a couple years now-Years ago his mother needed new furniture but hd bad credit, so my boyfriend opened up a Rotman's furniture account of his own so that she could use it. Well, years later-she never paid it as she said she would. Also, when my boyfriend was 18 or 19 he opened up a NordickTrak Fitness account as well as one more account. These he never paid off because he "didn't understand credit then"-which most likely was true s he was young and foolish. At any rate these debts are coming back now to haunt him.
