I went to the bank to close the account where the payday loans were being submitted. Instead, I accidentally closed the account where my paycheck is electronically deposited. This is Bank of America. Will they reopen my paycheck account?

Hi, I need some help trying to find out what collection agency is harassing me. They're trying to collect on a debt that the Statutes Of Limitations expired on in 2002. I need help figuring out what company it is because lately the calls have been increasing and have become very threatening and harassing. There are 5 different numbers that have been calling me. I know the ones with the 716 area code are from the Buffalo, New York area and the one with the 410 area code is from the Baltimore, Maryland area. That's all I know though.

I have numerous payday loans, all from online, I cannot afford them taking funds out and would like to stop the drafting and just pay them off a little at a time by sending them the funds. If I close my account prior to their drafting will I get in legal trouble? I have Geneva Roth, Paydayone, cashnetusa, NLS, world wide cash and loan shop loans. I am sick from all of these fees, I understand I got myself into this but need a way out. Can someone help?

I am moving to the uk possibly forever (although one never knows) and am tempted to leave my 40K in credit debt here. I don't have a bad score yet but i'm tempted to let them charge off in order to start new with a chunk of $ from the sale of my home. If we ever returned to the US, my hubby would have good credit and I wouldn't. My concern would be that someone in england could check my fico score and have it adversely affect me there. They work under a National Insurance Number there instead of a ss number (obviously). Any info or reccommendations?

I have been on the wrong antidepressant for four years. During this time I collected debt with credit cards and of course medical bills. I did not pay them because my depression was so bad that I did not think I would survive to be 25 years of age. I am now 22 and I am drowning in debt. My medication is corrected and I feel great. Everything is great execpt my debt and credit score. I am going to be a full time college student mid-August, and I need to find a way to get out of debt.

I sent an email to Budd Hibbs last night 07/24/2007 and today, 07/25/2007 he actually called me in regards to the mail I sent him regarding CACH LLC and the supposed law firm of Rannefeld & Associates. He told me to tell them that: Dear Mr. Blue Rannefeld: This my third (3) request for validation of the debt that you say that you have from CACH, LLC. I have received nothing from you, however I have sent you a debt validation letter and cease and desist order which I know you received as I have the green cards back from the post office.

I have been getting phone calls from this company for months now, they ask me for someone I don't know and even though I explain that, they keep asking me questions about it and accuse me of lying. What can I do?
