i have a loan with cash supply. Is there anyone that is familiar with them. Well i called the lady yesterday because she basically told me the other day that i owed them 330 on a 200 loan that i have paid interest on about 5 times. she got really nasty with me stating i am using poor planning with my money, i was in tears. I guess they are hard to deal with then she told me she would give me one more chance to pay my debt before she send paperwork to my hr department or before she contact my supervisor. I also have a loan with NLS they were very not that bad when i spoke with them.

Coming from the AIP thread and some of you saying that AIP was quick to mark you paid or even give a refund. I have not been that lucky. They want payment in full. I too had a gal who actually told me to go look at the BBB. I informed her they had an unsatisfactory rating. I have paid $356 on a $200 loan. When I tell these people they are not opporating legally in the state of KS they say they are licensed in whatever state they are in and only storefronts have to work under those state laws.

Okay, Not long after I turned 18 in 1997 I opened a Credit Card account. I used the account for a few months, but got a general bad taste for using credit cards (the idea of spending money I didn't actually have yet bothered me). So I paid off the card (or so I thought). That was also when I moved out of my parent's house into the dorms in college and my parents sold the house and moved. Apparently I'd paid accidentally a tiny amount under the actual balance due.

I had a collection company call person said he was an attorney liaison for company and we were going to be charged with theft by deception when my husband called back and couldn't pay the amount this man wanted the man said we would be charged and hung up on my husband. Has anyone heard of theft by deception? we tried to return the item to the company they wouldn't take it.
